Cretaceous found in Khoribga, Morocco. This is a remarkable skull of one of most ferocious marine predators of the Age of Dinosaurs. Prognathodon was a fast and efficient swimmer which preyed upon many species of fish. Some Prognathodon species possessed projecting, somewhat globular, teeth that were well-suited for crushing mollusks. Prognathodon lived until the K-T Extinction, then died out with the dinosaurs. This excellent specimen is ready to display in it's frame. Measures 58 x 49 inches.

An extra large framed Mosasaur Prognatedon skull, present's very well and has minor restoration around the back area of the skull. Location: phosphate beds of ouled abdoun Morocco. Age: Cretaceous.
